I’m originally Palestinian, and I was lucky enough to have more than one place to call home. After studying at the best culinary school in the world (Le cordon bleu London) I had a plan to move back to London in a few years and start my own business. A business that is so close to my heart, something that will definitely be relatable to anyone that has more than one home. 

It was difficult to know where to start, as a Jordanian national I wasn’t allowed to start a business in the UK without a specific visa. When I was introduced innovator international and I got to know the team more, I knew that they are the ones that will help with making my dream come true.

There are many problems when setting up a new business and in a foreign country – Innovator International provide me with so much extra support and help, to be able to move forward and have a successful business.

Nick was the first person from the team I got in touch with, we had great conversations about my business plans and he was always optimistic and supportive. I was then introduced to Karen, Karen has been my friend more than a colleague, she is always making sure I’m doing well and helping me with this exciting journey.
